Psycho-educational/Psychological evaluations are comprehensive and often have direct client contact up to or over  10 hours.  Fee schedule is flat rate of $2500 that includes intake (90 minutes) 6-8 hours or more of testing, and 90 minute parent feedback meeting of results.

After feedback session,  15-30 page written report will be  mailed or sent through patient portal. 

Our office is fee for service and is not able to file insurance.  However, we will provide you a paid receipt with all necessary information for you to file and  receive reimbursement from your insurance carrier.
